1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.
  • You must initiate a return request within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Process:

  • We have a 1-day return policy, which means you have 1 days after receiving your item to request a return.
    Once the return product is received it will be inspected and the return will be approved within 2 days
  • Once approved, we will arrange for pickup and process the refund.

3. Refund Timeline:

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

4. No Refunds for the Following:

  • Used or washed products.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Minor variations in color or texture.
